Anacaona by Renier Perfumes is the golden flower of the Taino Collection — an Extrait de Parfum dedicated to the legendary Taíno cacica (queen). Nose: Christian Carbonnel, 2021.

Anacaona was a 15th-century native Taíno princess who composed poems, areítos and musical expressions of her people. In 1930, nine Cuban sisters together with singer Elsa Rigual founded the first and only female orchestra in Cuba — in honour of the princess, they named it Anacaona. This fragrance is dedicated to both — to the inspiring women who shaped Cuban history.

She is the counterpart of the cacique: the all-powerful queen of the Taino Collection, a symbol of power, elegance and absolute femininity. The fragrance evokes wild nature, passion and magnetism.

The opening is vibrant and juicy — osmanthus, ylang ylang and geranium awaken the senses with tropical, fruity freshness, celebrating the vitality of the Caribbean.

The heart deepens into rose, jasmine, violet and amber — dense, luminous and utterly floral. Each accord reflects the richness of Cuba’s land and culture.
