Orders and shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Within Spain, standard shipping is free on orders of €150 or more and €8.90 below that. Across the European Union, it is free on orders of €200 or more and €12.00 below that.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Spain takes 3–5 business days. Within the European Union it takes 3–5 or 4–10 business days, depending on the shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Do you ship outside the European Union?
Availability and costs depend on your destination. Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm the options.
Can I collect my order in the boutique?
Yes. You can collect it at our boutique in central Palma de Mallorca. We also offer local delivery arrangements within Mallorca; contact us to confirm availability.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.
Returns
Can I return my order?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return of an eligible item. The item must be in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging. Please read the full conditions on our Shipping & Returns page.
How do I start a return?
Contact us at support@fndscents.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, an approved refund goes to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Perfume, samples and appointments
What is niche perfume?
Niche perfumes come from independent houses that focus on creative, high-quality compositions, often made in small batches, rather than on mass-market launches. In Spanish it is called perfumería de nicho.
Can I try a perfume before I buy it?
Yes, in the boutique you can test fragrances on your skin. Online, discovery sets are available for selected houses so you can try several fragrances before choosing a full bottle.
Do you give out samples?
We do not give out samples. They come with a purchase.
Can I book a private appointment?
Yes. Request one with the form on our Perfumes Palma page or message us on WhatsApp. We can also hold a private consultation anywhere in Mallorca.
Where is the boutique, and when is it open?
FND SCENTS is at Calle Constitución 7, Bajos 18, 07001 Palma de Mallorca. Our hours change with the season, so please check the latest hours on Google Maps or our Contact page.
